Founded in 1971 EDM has grown into a world-leading designer and manufacturer of Aerospace, Defence and Rail training Simulators. Our products are sold worldwide with over 90% exported and our customers include Airlines, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Government Agencies.

We are an innovative company that solves engineering problems with multidisciplinary skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic design. We are then capable of the inhouse manufacture of components and systems based upon licensing agreements with OEMs including Ejection Seats, and Aircraft Simulators both military and civil that exactly replicate the appearance and feel of the flying hardware.

EDM also makes flying parts under our AS9100 Rev D approval using our 5 Axis CNC Machine Shop and Composites facility as well as assembling sets of parts using various fasteners and bonding techniques.
